Availability Policy

SoHo Met Club members may book a one- or two-night weekend stay (defined as Fri-Sun, Sat-Mon, or any single night Fri-Sun) to use when the hotel has availability. A confirmed booking can only be made within 72-hours of check-in. For example, you can make a confirmed booking for a Friday check-in as early as the Tuesday of that same week, but not before.

So what if I need to be assured of a room for a special occasion or a specific date? First of all, the business patterns in downtown Toronto are such that on most weekends you will be able to secure a room - no problems there. On those special weekends when Toronto is busy, members can make an advance booking and receive a confirmed reservation for an extra $100/night.

Of course, as a SoHo Met Club member, you will receive a free upgrade on weekends when only a premier room or suite is available at the hotel! And, the good news is, other than the hotel actually being full, there are no black out dates!

To help you make your decision whether the SoHo Met Club is right for you, and also for members to judge whether they should book in advance, we have listed the dates from now to 2012 on which we expect to be busy. Members are strongly advised to reserve using the advance confirmation option for these dates.

Please note that these dates are listed only as an advisory. It is difficult to predict whether the hotel will indeed be full on these weekends. Likewise, any unlisted weekends may end up unavailable within 72-hours. There are no guarantees that a weekend not listed here will not be full. You are kindly advised to take advantage of the advance confirmation option if you need to guarantee a stay.
