Executive Chef Ray Henry oversees the culinary cast behind the 140-seat restaurant and bar. His passion and style

worked in the industry for over seventeen years, executive chef Henry brings with him noteworthy experiences culled from overseeing
luxury resorts and convention-styled hotels, including the Four Seasons and Fairmont Hotels and Resorts.
