Damon Campbell » Restaurant Chef.

Damon Campbell has been fine-tuning his culinary skills since the age of 19. Beginning with his study of culinary arts at Vancouver Community College, Damon quickly established his reputation under the notable tutelage of Heinz Lenger at the four-star Westin Bayshore Hotel, Resort and Marina and under chef John-Carlo Felicella at the award-winning LaToque Blanche Restaurant.
As restaurant chef for Diva at the Met, Damon works alongside executive chef Dino Renaerts, fulfilling a major role in determining the direction of Diva’s offerings. Chef Campbell first joined Diva in 2001 as sous chef and earned a promotion to restaurant chef in 2003 due to his exceptional talents and creativity. Chef Campbell’s commitment to his profession has extended into the culinary competition circuit as well, with an abundance of experience in local, provincial and international hot and cold food competitions. In 2002, he was selected as lead team member of the British Columbia Culinary Team that competed in Luxembourg, and again in 2004 for the Culinary Olympics in Frankfurt, Germany.
